Currently, we are further developing the organisation and looking for talented candidates to join our team. We are looking for talented candidates that will strengthen our online marketing team. As Junior CRM Execution Specialist you will work closely with the CRM Manager and CRM strategy specialist to continuously improve our lifecycles from registration to reactivation. You own the delivery of CRM communications and bonus for all stages of the customer lifecycle. Managing briefs from multiple stakeholders, you will build QA and execute campaigns and user Journeys across multiple touchpoints including email, SMS, inbox, and push notifications. With a keen eye for detail and expertise in reporting, you will be a proactive communicator, working with stakeholders on production progress and post-send analysis. Optimising the campaigns, together with the specialist, to make them as effective as possible. You are continuously looking for new developments to test new strategies and implement them across all our marketing channels.This is what you like to do:
- Be the expert on the CRM tools we use so you can proactively suggest enhancements to improve personalisation and automation capabilities.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns; the usage of the tools, segmentation of players, setting up on- and off-site promotions and building communication flows.
- Think of more efficient ways to use our tools for bonussing
- Think of, Set-up, Evaluate and implement new A/B tests
- Analyse and report on the results and findings in the marketing channels
- Read marketing blogs and articles to stay up to date on new developments in online marketing
- Optimise our campaigns every day for optimal profitability
- Work cross-functionally with our data, commercial, design and compliance teams to ensure our campaigns are always up-to-date with the latest offers
This is you:
- You have at least HBO level of education and thinking
- You are accurate, and able to structure, organise and prioritise projects
- You are flexible and are able to work in a high paced and dynamic environment
- Are not shy for new challenges and work well alone as well as part of a team
- Experience with automated customer life cycle flows & CRM marketing is a plus
- You are solution-oriented and enjoy finding new approaches to make advertising more efficient and effective
- You are analytical, curious and are able to convert complicated datasets to profitable marketing campaigns.
- Native-level written Dutch and fluent in English
